Overview
Formerly VENA SIL 700/V FR-HL. Highly flexible flame-retardant silicone hose specifically designed for heating and cooling systems in the railway industry. Complies with EN-45545-2 and UL-94 V0 classifications.

Applications

• Recommended primarily for water cooling circuits in rolling stock and rail vehicles.
• Suitable for liquid or air transfer systems in vehicles, engines or equipment subject to flammability safety regulations.
• Designed to perform under positive or negative pressure (vacuum) and where limited bending radius is required.

Properties
Outer layer: Silicone VMQ, smooth, blue
Reinforcement: 4 plies of polyester fabric
Inner layer: Silicone VMQ, smooth, blue
Temperature range: -60 °C to +180 °C (-67 °F to +356 °F)
Manufacturing lengths: From 1 to 4 m, can be cut to smaller lengths
