The vacuum manipulator TROMPEX allow you to manipulate boards of wood, doors, etc. effortlessly and in an ergonomic way by the operator, at the end of line, in a production line, etc. It is composed by a vacuum pump and a suction cups systems, to take, lift and download the wood board. The pump handle generates a vacuum that sucks the object to manipulate. The tube can reduce itself as an accordion. The operator, through an ergonomic command in stainless steel, makes the load and unloads the wood board. The system has a security system, for the controlled descent and in case of failure power. The manipulator can be installed in a jib crane or light crane, which produces a wide area of work.
