A practical way to ensure product safety is to apply a tamper-evident labels on the packaging. VISIOTT TE-100 Tamper Evident Station is designed to prevent unauthorized intervention to the products. The station applies tamper-evident labels, which is a safety tape, in accordance with global regulations such as EU-FMD and Turkey’s Guideline on Packaging Information and Usage Instruction of Medical Products. With its specially designed mechanism, it applies the tamper-evident labelling on the tuck flaps of the cartons. After tamper-evident label is applied, the sensors check for the presence of the label. If there is an error in the tamper evident label, the cartons are separated from the line with a piston or nozzle. The TE-100 Tamper Evident Station is designed in a durable and transparent protection area for worker and operational safety. TE-100 Tamper Evident Station, which applies up to 320(*) packages per minute, can be easily integrated into high-speed lines with its specially designed structure.
