The sword-shaped VUFLEX video endoscope features a minimum diameter of 2.4 mm and high-power LED illumination. Designed as a thin, single-piece stainless-steel videoscope, it is intended for visual inspection of steam generators, heat exchangers, turbine interiors and other confined industrial spaces.

Design & performance details
The VUFLEX architecture provides vertical stiffness combined with high horizontal flexibility. Diameter range: 2.4 mm (thinnest) to 6.5 mm (largest). Industry-grade optics and image sensors enable adjustable exposure control (1/50 s to 6 s), allowing defect visualization at distances up to approximately 1 m. The single-piece stainless-steel construction is wear-optimized to minimize head-detachment risks in sensitive environments.

The serial model VUFLEX S is a narrow videoscope developed for condition monitoring where optical performance and compact dimensions are required.
