Description

VLS Technologies' rotary vacuum filter is conceived and realized to filter a wide range of beverage products and food liquid, as wine, lees, musts, soft drinks, sugary syrups and many more. Standard version in AISI304 Stainless Steel on fixed legs: Self-supporting basin and AISI304 Stainless Steel blade for cake detachment. Drum with AISI316 Stainless Steel filtering cloth. Separate cylindrical tank for filter aids pouring and precoat preparation completed with electrical agitator. Feed pump in AISI304 Stainless Steel. Tank for filtrate receiving and extraction pump in AISI304 Stainless Steel. Foam breaking device. Two vacuum pumps in AISI316 Stainless Steel. Drum rotation and blade advancement systems with electronic regulation of the speed (INVERTER). Butterfly valve, Stainless Steel and plastic pipes, Stainless Steel pipe with nozzles for drum washing. Control board in polyester reinforced with fiberglass self extinguish, IP65 protection. Standard voltage 400/3/50 Hz.
