Overview
Powder coating line RCL-4x24 is designed for small tyre and wheel workshops to process car rims up to 24". The system enables individual coating in the powder booth followed by polymerization in a batch oven sized for 4 pieces of 24" rims, allowing an efficient workflow for one set of wheels per cycle.

Construction and Materials
The powder booth and oven bodies are fabricated from sheet metal for industrial durability. Booth air handling delivers effective suction while the filter system uses polyester long-life filters with automatic jet-pulse cleaning. The polymerization oven features fast heat-up capability and supports electric, gas or diesel heating. Conveyors and trolleys use rotating hangers to enable rim rotation during coating for uniform film application.
