Gross bagging machine with swivel dosing valve for free flowing products, such as plastic granules, grain, pellets, construction material. This machine was developed to make cleaning easy and to avoid residual product in the machine when emtiing. The product is dosed into a discharge hopper over a flat swivel slide in coarse and fine feed. The filling spout holding the bag is at the end of the discharge hopper. Discharge hopper, filling spout and bag chair to support the bags are part of the gross weigher which is guided with solid handle bars. The VBDSS can be equipped with different filling spouts and bag chairs and can thererfore also be used for filling valve bags, buckets or cardboard boxes.
