Gross bagging weigher for poorly flowing products such as cement, flour, milk powder, spices, chemicals etc.. This machine type VBSW is used for many different applications and depending on the products to be filled, can be equipped with different dosing systems, e.g. auger dosing system, vibrator dosing chute or tube, belt dosing, swivel valve, rotary valve etc. Having different filling spouts and bag chairs, the VBSW is also suitable for filling of buckets or boxes. By combining the machine with closing units (i.e. sewing machine with folding, bag turning unit or bag lifting device) and transport equipment this gross weigher can be extended to a semi-automatic bagging line, as shown on the picture below.
