Designed for industrial palletizing and transport packaging, the line integrates the FILM PERFORMANCE MONITOR (FPM) for continuous quality recording and assigns a unique identification (data matrix / QR code) to each roll to support traceability and process optimization.

Product information The FILMEX II platform is based on a modular cast-line concept and is driven by productivity, automation and consistency. The integrated FILM PERFORMANCE MONITOR (FPM) continuously records production and quality data for each roll to enable traceability and targeted process improvements when connected to laboratory or downstream equipment. The FILMATIC PS Dual Turret Winder, developed for stretch applications, produces high-quality rolls using two laterally offset winding units, a unique winding shaft bearing assembly, dedicated slitting tension zones and an innovative lay-on roll design to achieve low unwind forces and homogeneous air distribution. Identical web paths through both winding units ensure consistent roll quality.
