AD PLASTIC 2 - valve bottomer for universal sacks made of multilayer PE film. The AD PLASTIC 2 produces open-mouth cross-bottom sacks and cross-bottom valve sacks using hot-air sealing technology. This adhesive-free sealing process replaces decades-old adhesive sealing, removing the need for film pretreatment and eliminating adhesive storage, preparation, cleaning and disposal costs. Products manufactured on the AD PLASTIC 2 can be fused residue-free and are suitable for use as batch sacks.
