QuickClean WBO is a high-performance mixer designed for light-duty applications where accessibility and hygiene are essential. Its innovative design, featuring a large lateral inspection door, makes it particularly suitable for food, animal feed, and chemical industries, where disinfection and contamination control are critical. A specialised drive unit enables single-sided rotor support, simplifying chamber access and improving cleaning efficiency. Optimised for free-flowing recipes with bulk densities of up to 1 kg/dm³, FlexiClean WBO delivers exceptional mixing speed and quality, ensuring reliable performance in precision-driven production environments. The QuickClean WBO Single-shaft Mixer features a mixing drum with one or more inlet spouts, a venting spout, and an outlet with a discharge valve. It includes a full-material mixing shaft, a drum-closing end plate at the drive end with a flanged end bearing assembly, and integrated air or gas-purged shaft seals. The drive unit is equipped with a power transmission system. At the opposite end, the machine has a front cover plate with an integrated inspection door. Ploughshare or inclined blade-type shovels are arranged on the mixer shaft within a horizontal, cylindrical chamber, creating turbulence that ensures all product particles remain engaged in the mixing process. This prevents dead spots or slow-movement zones, guaranteeing precise mixing. Where required, separately driven high-speed choppers can be installed to achieve the desired mixing effect.
