Description

Product Overview
The DUSTFIX EASY-ACCESS Industrial Dust Conditioner is engineered for continuous evacuation, conditioning and disposal of industrial dusts. Its SINT-lined tubular housing, combined feeder screw and mixing rotor, and short residence time enable dust-free discharge onto belt conveyors or open trucks.

Design and Construction
The unit features a carbon-steel tubular housing with SINT engineering polymer liner, a combined feeder screw and mixing shaft (single rotor shaft), a vertical inlet with revolving inlet flange, a SINT flush outlet with elastic outlet safeguard, liquid supply points in the conditioning section for controlled injection, and a drive unit with integrated shaft seal. The rotor shaft is fully removable and fitted with modular, individually replaceable conditioning tools. An electrically motorised chamber opening provides quick access for cleaning and inspection.

Features
  • Capacity: 2 ~ 80 m3/h (1.2 ~ 47 cfm)
  • Conditioning chamber lined with non-stick, anti-wear SINT engineering polymer
  • Combined feeder screw and mixing rotor with modular replaceable tools
  • Dry feeding and conveying section for upstream integration
  • Elastic SINT outlet safeguard and SINT flush outlet
  • Revolving inlet flange for flexible plant connection
  • Electrically openable chamber for easy maintenance

Function
DUSTFIX EASY-ACCESS conditions dusty materials by controlled liquid injection and mechanical mixing to produce a free-flowing, non-dusty product for direct discharge and transport. It is designed for continuous-duty operation and minimises residues in the handling chain.

Benefits
  • Reduces dust handling and disposal costs
  • Low energy consumption and continuous operation
  • Minimal product residue and high material yield
  • Easy, fast maintenance with removable rotor and modular tools
  • SINT engineering polymers reduce wear and simplify cleaning
  • Self-cleaning action and rapid access via motorised opening

Options
  • Control panel and automation interfaces
  • Liquid injection equipment and dosing control
  • Additional injection nozzles and customised tools
