SlideOut rotary valves are continuous‑rotor dosing devices with two compartments filled simultaneously from a top inlet. Designed for precise metering of powders and granules while enabling simplified cleaning and maintenance.

Function
Two versions are available to suit different discharge methods: REC (drop‑through) for gravity discharge and RES (blow‑through) for pneumatic conveying integration.

REC (Drop‑through SlideOut rotary valve)
The REC unit has circular inlet and outlet ports. Material captured by the rotor is discharged by gravity through the bottom outlet into a container or onto a downstream conveying system for further processing.

RES (Blow‑through SlideOut rotary valve)
The RES unit features a circular inlet flange and bottom outlet pipe connections on both sides. Material is released in less than half a rotor revolution and is entrained into the air stream of a pneumatic conveying line.
