Description

Overview
RVP Rotary Valves are engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications. They provide reliable dosing and transfer of powders and granular materials under extreme operating conditions or at high flow rates.

Tagline
Robust. Reliable. Ready for the toughest challenges.

Presentation
RVP drop-through rotary valves feature a solid steel frame and a heavy-duty rotor designed to resist mechanical stress and abrasion. Optional high-strength abrasion-resistant lining improves wear life when handling highly abrasive materials. The valves are built for continuous operation in intensive bulk handling processes.

Function
RVP rotary valves enable controlled dosing and transfer of powdery or granular bulk materials. They are suitable for demanding applications that require high throughput, wear resistance and uninterrupted operation.

Features
  • Available sizes: 60 / 115 / 160 litres per revolution
  • Operating temperature: -30 °C to +80 °C (extended up to +150 °C on request)
  • WAM standard flange drilling; compatible with VL/VG slide valve prearrangement
  • Optional high-strength abrasion-resistant lining for heavy-duty operation
  • ATEX Zone 22 certification available on request
  • Solid steel construction for maximum mechanical strength

Benefits
  • High robustness for continuous industrial use
