Transport balls with a collar in a pressed-in version with the symbol KU-E. The ball transfers a load of up to 60 kg no faster than 1 meter per second. The housing is pressed from sheet steel and then protected against atmospheric factors by galvanizing, significantly extending its durability. High-quality steel balls are pressed inside the housing, which facilitates smooth movement of components on the ball table top. The ball should be mounted in ball tables in cut-out holes. There is a channel at the bottom of the housing that drains dirt. There is a felt seal between the ball and the housing, which effectively protects against the ingress of dirt. Inside the ball there is a hardened steel bearing, on which chrome steel balls with a hardness of HRC 60-64 move freely, ensuring smooth and precise operation. If necessary, it is possible to secure the ball element against falling out with a 25 mm external seeger.
