Ball transfer units with a flange in a press-fit version, model KU-E, are designed to carry loads of up to 160 kg at speeds not exceeding 1 meter per second. The housing is stamped from steel sheet and then zinc-coated for protection against environmental factors, significantly extending its durability. Inside the housing, high-quality steel balls are press-fitted, ensuring smooth movement of components across a ball transfer table. The unit should be mounted in ball tables within pre-cut holes. If needed, the ball component can be secured with an external 36 mm circlip to prevent dislodging. By incorporating components such as ball transfer rollers, transport systems become more versatile and efficient, facilitating the movement of elements in various applications.
