IVUR internal concrete vibrators of generation III merge internal vibrator and frequency converter into one comprehensive unit. They offer the ideal solution for professional concrete compaction. The integration of the electronic frequency converter in the switch housing is space-saving. The electronic system comes with a variety of fail-safes: Sensors monitor against overheating of the motor winding and electronics as well as against surges or low voltage and excess current. Even greater safety is provided by the models with protective conductor monitoring (such as the IVUR 58-III Pro). Their electronic system actively checks for the presence of the protective conductor. IVUR internal concrete vibrators come standard with a five-meter protection hose and a 10 meter connecting cable. The units of the IVUR-D versions are equipped with a 0.8 m protection hose and a handle. ADVANTAGES High safety standard: The electronic system provides protection against short circuits and earth leakage as well as against overheating. The protective conductor monitor included in the IVUR-Pro checks if a protective conductor (ground potential) is present. Flexible converter electronics: Operating the internal vibrators with, for instance, power generators poses as the electronic system offers a wide input voltage range including voltage peaks of up to 400 V.
