Abrasion-Resistant Surfaces The bowl feeder ZEB is designed for sorting, buffering, and transporting various small parts and fasteners. Screws, nuts, pins, washers, caps, and special elements are fed smoothly from the hopper to the screwdriving spindle, thanks to the abrasion-resistant surfaces of the feeder. A noise-insulated vibration mechanism ensures propulsion, and noise emissions can be further reduced with an optional sound enclosure cover. Optional Equipment The ZEB can be easily deployed in various locations, such as in pick & place applications. Optional features include level sensors, presence control, and position indicators. A belt bunker is also available as an accessory, extending the refill intervals for the fasteners being fed.
