Overview
The ZEL step feeder gently feeds and separates screws, nuts and pins with minimal abrasion. Cycle times down to 0.8 s enable high output while a low‑vibration outlet rail reduces part movement and particle generation, making the system suitable for coated and sensitive parts. Integrated sensors and noise‑reduction measures increase process reliability and operator protection.

Design and materials
The feeder hopper is manufactured from stainless steel. The integrated slider is available in hardened tool steel or plastic to minimize wear and contamination. An optional belt bunker (refill hopper) can be fitted to extend autonomous operation. Components are selected to support technical cleanliness requirements.
