The TTSC series is the most compact grinding machine series from WEBER and combines maximum efficiency with versatile processing options. It is ideal for deburring, rounding, descaling, slag removal and surface grinding. Thanks to its flexible design, different processing steps can be easily combined to achieve optimum results in a single operation. The TTSC series is the perfect solution for precise and economical surface processing in a compact design. Contact roller system "D" We use rubberized sanding rollers for surface finishing and for sanding off burrs. The sanding pressure is created by moving the roller downwards in relation to the set workpiece thickness. When the workpiece is approached, the rubber coating of the roller is pressed upwards and the restoring force of the rubber coating provides the necessary sanding force. Sanding rollers are available in various diameters and rubber hardnesses and can be adapted to all parts to be sanded. Multi-Rotation-brush "R2" For a uniform and all-round edge rounding on all inner and outer edges, multiple rotating heads are arranged side by side. The interlocking of the brushes, with two brushes per head, ensures consistent processing results across the entire working width. Due to its compact design, the brush head can be easily combined with other WEBER grinding technologies. The arrangement works perfectly for all material thicknesses from one millimeter onwards. To ensure quick and precise positioning, the unit is equipped with electric adjustment and can be activated, deactivated, and accurately positioned and readjusted during operation via program.
