The WEBER KSF was specially developed for industrial use and sets new standards in terms of precision, flexibility and efficiency. With the option of integrating up to eight sanding stations, the KSF adapts perfectly to your individual requirements - whether for wood sanding, veneer sanding or lacquer sanding.
Thanks to the modular design, all WEBER sanding and brushing stations can be combined in any order. This gives you a tailor-made solution for perfect surfaces - quickly, reliably and economically.
WEBER KSF - for uncompromising quality in industrial surface processing.
The WEBER KSF sanding machine can be equipped with up to 8 processing stations. The arrangement of the sanding stations is freely selectable. In addition to the cross belt station and the wide belt stations such as contact roller, combination station and wide belt with sanding pad, WEBER CBF sanding technology, X-sanding and WEBER brush technology can of course also be installed. WEBER's modular system also allows sanding stations to be replaced at a later date.
CBF-Technology
A polished surface free of oscillation marks is an outstanding quality feature. WEBER has found the solution for this with CBF technology. It works with a transverse pressure flap belt arranged within the wide belt station. The pressure flaps interrupt the engagement of the abrasive grains and thus avoid the undesirable oscillating sanding marks of the sanding belt. The result: The surface is smooth and even. The flap belt runs without control, maintains the full tolerance compensation of the link pressure beam, wears evenly and is inexpensive to replace.
