Our unloading solution is characterized by its modular design, which enables flexible integration into existing production environments. This adaptability facilitates connection to various predecessor machines. An outstanding feature is the integrated roller conveyor which, in combination with a pallet station, enables fully automated unloading. This allows workpieces to be transported efficiently between production stages without manual intervention. The system also offers an impressive stacking height, which allows a large number of workpieces to be stacked on a pallet, enabling large quantities to be processed in a single operation. Our technology is unique and patented by us (patent number: 10 2019 118 917). It enables the automated repositioning of workpieces and improves production efficiency. Thanks to their modular design, our handling systems can be easily integrated into a wide range of predecessor machines. By integrating a driven conveyor line, it is possible to combine this with a pallet station, which in turn enables complete automation of production and also greatly reduces the set-up effort for load carrier infeed and outfeed. Options for our unloading solution Roller conveyor A roller conveyor at the pallet infeed can serve as an additional buffer space for empty or loaded pallets and, in combination with an impact protection, offers protection against damage e.g. by industrial trucks.
