Our autonomous loading cell offers an efficient and precise solution for the automatic loading of your production line. Intelligent image processing in combination with robot and control technology ensure a completely teach-free and process-optimized feeding of your workpieces, which guarantees consistent and smooth further processing of the workpieces. Our technology is unique and patented by us (patent number: 10 2019 118 917). It enables the automated transfer of workpieces and improves production efficiency. (EN102019118917B4) Options A roller conveyor at the pallet feeder can serve as an additional buffer space for empty or loaded pallets and – in combination with a bumper – prevents damage, from industrial trucks, for example. The integration of a pallet station facilitates completely unmanned production and is available from WEBER in different versions with any number of stations. Loading and unloading with driverless transport systems is also possible with this option, n order to achieve a high degree of automation in business logistics. Automatic tool changer Various robot tools in combination with our automatic tool changer ensure maximum flexibility when handling different workpiece geometries. The intelligent control of the changing system ensures automatic adaptation to the robot tool that is suitable for the workpiece. Complete process automation through a combination of loading and unloading solution In addition to our autonomous loading solution, we also offer an autonomous unloading solution. By combining both systems, the entire sanding process of your sanding machine is fully automated.
