Overview Engineered to produce high-quality, well-shaped particles and fine aggregates (e.g. sand), the Trio® vertical shaft impact crusher (or "vertical shaft impactor"), uses innovative technology to deliver outstanding performance in tertiary and quaternary crushing applications. This specialised, high performance vertical shaft impact crusher is designed to deliver flexibility through its modular crusher housing and replaceable rotor types. Lubrication of the bearing cartridge via a dedicated lubrication unit facilitates a rotor speed that is higher than traditionally offered by grease lubricated bearings. Offering versatility, our Trio® TV Series impact crushers can be configured for a variety of crushing, shaping, beneficiation, and sand production tasks.
