Description

Our high-capacity Aspir® WFH horizontal centrifuges are designed for fine coal applications and help to maximise throughput and dewatering efficiency while minimising operating costs. These jumbo centrifuges are designed around proven principles, such as G-force and basket angle, to help you maximise throughput and dewatering efficiency while minimising operating costs. More than just an incremental change to an existing design, this machine is a step change improvement on all pre-existing fine coal centrifuges. Aspir® horizontal centrifuge systems come with the following features and benefits: Product moisture at least equivalent to WAF1200 (Nominally 10-13%) Delivers equivalent wear life of key consumable components to that of the WAF1200 machine Retrofit to existing HFC1300 footprint Equivalent (or lower) power requirements to HFC Simplified scroll adjustment to reduce downtime Provides increased access to wet end of machine Improves ability to handle dilute feed and provide potential to pump feed machines Allows for in-situ drive module replacement Uses well established design principles to ensure success i.e. Basket angle, G-Force etc Cyclone's inlet will begin to get product up to speed to increase basket life Inlet aids in the process of separating solids and water prior to fine product being introduced to the basket Features and Benefits Ease of Access The cyclone inlet is attached to a hinged door on effluent chamber. This allows ample clearance of relevant parts to provide unfettered access to wet-end components for ease of maintenance.
