ENDURON® high pressure grinding rollers provide advanced wear protection and durability across a wide range of grinding applications. ENDURON® high pressure grinding rollers (or rolls) are the primary grinding tools of the ENDURON® HPGR. Built to last, these grinding rolls contain a superior studded tyre, which enables the formation of an autogenous wear layer that effectively protects their surface and improves their overall nipping properties. They are a high quality product with a low operational cost. Whilst tailoring the stud grade and design to cater for the specific needs of the application, it is assured that the studs are effectively used within the pre-defined maintenance plan and nothing goes to waste. Additionally, by applying the varying stud hardness across the full width of the tyre, uneven wear is mitigated guaranteeing effective size reduction across the life of the roll. The “edge studs” are patented and have a unique interlocking system, keeping them in position even under the toughest conditions. With the advanced frame design of the ENDURON® HPGR, replacement rollers can be safely exchanged within a single 24-hour shut down.
