The peculiar characteristic of this module is the possibility of using devices with only two wires with resistive terminator (standard 8.2Kohm). However, also having an internal terminator it can be connected to traditional 4-wire safety devices. The module is based on the use of safety relays with guided contacts and can be configured both with automatic reset and manual reset. Furthermore, it has an auxiliary signaling output with relay, making both the NA contact and the NC contact available. This output can be configured both in “instant” or “delayed” mode. Our safety control units are designed to control WIDE Automation pressure-sensitive safety mats, bumpers and safety edges. Thanks to the low resistance of our sensitive sensors, multiple sensitive elements can be connected in series. All WIDE Automation control units are TÜV certified, while the NC95 and NC96 control units also have UL certification.
