Description

Vibration transmitter, 4-20mA output proportional to RMS acceleration, 5 g full-scale measurement range, dynamic vibration output in terms of acceleration, 100 mV/g sensitivity, top exit 3-pin MIL-C-5015-style connector The PC420A-DA series are dual-output sensors. The vibration transmitter's 4-20 mA output is proportional to overall acceleration vibration. The sensor also outputs the dynamic acceleration signal. The 4-20 mA output integrates easily with an existing PLC, DCS or SCADA system to provide 24/7 monitoring of overall machine vibration for continuous trending, alerting users to changing machine conditions and helping to guide maintenance in prioritizing the need for service. The dynamic vibration data can be utilized for complete vibration analysis. Dynamic signal output allows detailed vibration analysis 4-20 mA output for process control systems Corrosion resistant stainless steel case Reverse wiring protection ESD and overload protection Sensor output - 4-20mA + dynamic vibration Measurement unit - Acceleration Detector type - RMS Full-scale range - 5 g Dynamic output sensitivity - 100 mV/g Dynamic output sensitivity tolerance - ±10% Dynamic frequency response - 2.5 Hz - 10,000 Hz Connector style - MIL-C-5015, 3-pin Connector orientation - Top exit Temperature range - -40°C to +85°C Weight - 162 grams Hazardous area approvals - Non-approved
