Specifically designed for closed loop recycling of sprues/runners discharged from injection molding machines of up to 400 tons clamping force. G-Max granulators combine energy saving, a compact footprint and a unique damped cutting chamber for significant noise reduction, ensuring a quiet and efficient operation.
The G-Max 9 hopper comes in 3 different styles. The granulator can be exactly matched to application needs, and can be modified in the field.
The staggered rotor allows faster processing and provides a powerful cutting force
The electrical panel can be relocated on the alternate side according to the placement of the granulator
Regrind bin with fixed outlet
High level sensor for regrind bin (Option)
Locking in metallic particles can be prevented by placing a magnet along one side of the feeding hopper (Option)
Grinding hot/warm materials with a water cooled cutting chamber (Option)
Efficient granulation of materials that are still warm from processing is helped via airflow in the cutting chamber and by open spaces between the rotating knives and the center of the shaft of the hybrid-staggered and open rotor design
Multi-positions of vacuum take-off for evacuation flexibility
High level sensor for regrind bin
Locking in metallic particles can be prevented by placing a magnet along one side of the feeding hopper (Option)
Grinding hot/warm materials with a water-cooled cutting chamber (Option)
The 3 blade open rotor design with slanted knives provides shear slicing that produces uniform granulate
Automatic belt tensioning allows for less preventative maintenance
High level sensor for regrind bin
