Description

Logos IWC is the first integrated machining center designed with computer numerical control and totally automatic operation. The device enables to perform complete cycles of drilling, milling, tenoning and profiling for the production of solid wood windows. Logos IWC is capable to automatically handle and position every workpiece independently without any manual intervention by using electrically controlled manipulators and clamping units. The inner and outer profiling sequences is carried by 4 heads that work in splitting mode to obtain optimal result. The glazing bead is prepared and recovered automatically. The alternation of heads enable to all machining phases and automatically performs all the necessary tool changes in hidden time for optimal quality and production. Logos IWC has so far successfully witnessed over 30 installations all over Europe.
