Description

Proton SCH 2009 is the newest development of Working Process. It is a compact machining center which has a computer numerical control and complete automatic operation. It provides the performance of full cycles of tenoning, drilling, milling and profiling used in the production of solid wood windows. Proton SCH manages and positions all the work pieces automatically and needs no manual interference, with the help of electrically monitored manipulators and clamping units. All machining phases are done with the help of repeated rotation of heads which automatically functions the required tool moderation in less time assuring greater productivity. The distinct feature of Proton SCH is that it has minimum dimensions for a machining center that provides the full processing cycle needed for production of solid wood windows.
