Sapiens SCH + Anthropos PM is a flexible machining line for the production of solid wood windows. Sapiens SCH is a machining center with numerical control for the tenoning, drilling and milling sequences with totally automatic operation, where 2 workpieces at a time can be processed in as many machining areas by means of 2 motors in each area with independent tool magazine; the high production rate is ensured by the double system for the workpiece conveying. Anthropos PM is a machining center with numerical control for the profiling sequences with totally automatic operation, where up to 4 workpieces at a time can be processed by means of 4 motors working in splitting mode for the inner profile and as many motors for the outer profile. The glazing bead can be prepared and recovered automatically in line. Any tool change in the machines forming the production line is carried out automatically and in hidden time, ensuring high quality and productivity.
