Highlights
• Flexibility
The crosshead has a mechanical clamp-ing. After loosening the clamping screws, it can be adjusted continuously by means of the rope winch fixed at the intermediate plate.
• High measurement accuracy
The machine frame has a stiff design. In order to protect the spindles from shear forces, two columns are mounted on the machine foot, which are connected with each other by an upper plate.
A third shorter column, connected with the other columns by a plate, stabilizes the machine frame.
• Automatic testing processes
Equipped with force and displacement sensors together with a freely program-mable digital control, the machine is pre-pared for automatically running pro-grammed testing processes and evalua-tion.
• Speed measurement
By means of the displacement measure-ment system, the displacement in a cer-tain time is measured. Out of this data, the speed is calculated and the extension characteristics are determined.
