P series pulse source measure unit is based on DC digital source meter,similar to keithley 2611 2611B 2612 source meter it has all function of screen touch,combines the useful features of a digital multimeter (DMM), power supply,true current source, electronic load and pulse generator,all into a single,tightly synchronized instrument in a compact form factor.Max voltage 300V,and Max pulse current 10A.It also support four-quadrant working.Therefore,it is widely used in electrical characteristics tests.It applies to all kinds of materials and device test like modern semiconductor,Nanometer materials,organic semiconductor,electronics,and other small size,low power devices.
