Product overviewThe CS-PT506 is a differential pressure transmitter using a solid-state piezoresistive silicon sensing chip. Differential pressure applied to diaphragms is transmitted to the sensing chip and converted into a linear electrical signal via the piezoresistive effect and a Wheatstone bridge, enabling accurate differential pressure measurement for liquids, gases and similar media.
Features- Solid-state piezoresistive (diffused silicon) sensing element with Wheatstone bridge output for good linearity
- Stainless steel 316L isolation diaphragm with diffusion silicon core
- Stainless-steel mechanical design with maximum static pressure resistance up to 20 MPa
- Temperature compensation and aging screening for stable, reliable performance
- Fully sealed enclosure with protection rating IP65
Applications- Differential pressure measurement for liquids, gases and related process-control applications
