Description

☆ Built-in angle conversion and temperature compensation, small error. ☆ Metal shell, anti-interference Using micro-electromechanical systems (Micro Electro-Mechanical System, MEMS) technology, which combines angular rate and linear acceleration measurement as a whole, for the roll angle, pitch angle, three-dimensional and three-dimensional acceleration angular rate measurements. Attitude angle and angular rate deviation through Kalman filter algorithm to estimate and correct. The ROB100 series tilt sensor is a low-cost MEMS tilt sensor from Xi'an Kacise Optical Co., Ltd., which measures the angle between the measured surface and the horizontal plane. The MCU control system is embedded in the product, and the temperature compensation is carried out in the whole temperature range (-45°C~+85°C). At the same time, the nonlinearity is corrected twice, which improves the comprehensive precision of the sensor. For the dual-axis tilt sensor, the ROB100 uses the calculation method of the pitch angle and the roll angle defined by the inertial navigation system. It is not a simple mechanical combination of two axes, which satisfies the measurement needs of various control fields. The sensor adopts the principle of sensitive earth gravity, and can output the current attitude angle with respect to the horizontal plane in real time.
