Product overview
The BG series ultrasonic bubble detectors are non‑invasive sensors designed to detect air bubbles and distinguish gas/liquid states in fluid‑filled flexible tubing. The sensors use dry coupling (no grease) and provide configurable response time and output modes to suit medical, bioprocessing and industrial automation environments.

The BG series bubble sensor can detect bubbles >1/3 of the tubing ID(inner-diameter)

  • Tubing materials: PVC, silicone, PE, PUR and similar smooth‑walled tubing (no fiber/metal braid). Recommended wall thickness: 10–20% of OD. Tubing must be pressed to the bottom of the sensor slot for close contact.

  • Operating temperature: 0 °C to 60 °C

  • Self‑test: optional. External 0 V input to Self Test pin forces gas‑detected status and LED red to verify sensor operation without tubing.
