Overview
The structure and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the convex lid has greater-than-standard thickness and strength.
The bag sealing system with cut-off guarantees a strong, even seal and maximum resistance of the package to internal stresses and temperature changes.
The dimensions of the sealing bar are tailored to commonly used packages and working methods to ensure optimal use of the machine.

• The operating cycle is completely automatic but may also be manually controlled.
• All machines in the range feature an EVC (Electronic Vacuum Control) system that measures the degree of vacuum and stops evacuation when programmed conditions are met, ensuring repeatable and precise results.

• Pumps operate at low friction for extended life and can rapidly reach vacuum levels equivalent to 99.8% of atmospheric pressure.
