Description
Machine vises FPQ are widely used on milling machines , grinding machines, electroerosion machines and CNC machining centers.
Properties and application:
Made of high quality materials: base is of high-quality cast iron, hardness 40 HRC, fixed and movable jaws, steel with a hardness of 48-52 HRC
Permissible deviation of the height of the base is ±0.015 mm and allows use of several vises simultaneously
Special jaw design provides additional pressure of the workpiece to the base
It is possible to install the vice on side surface of the base
Adjustable jaw plates can be installed on both sides of jaws
