Zalkin monobloc roll-on cappers use Zalkin’s proven capping head technology to apply aluminum closures to glass and metal bottles at speeds up to 900 cpm (54,000 cph). With rotary roll-on technology, aluminum roll-on pilfer proof (ROPP) caps are transported single-file via a chute and fed individually onto the top of each bottle as the bottle passes through a cap dispenser. The caps are then sealed to the container by rotating roll-on capping heads which seal the closures on the container using precisely controlled top pressure, side pressure and roll-on torque. Zalkin offers three different diameters of roll-on sealing capping heads for applying aluminum closures to glass or metal containers.
