The ZH lifting platform from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik is a mobile floor trolley for the ergonomic lifting and positioning of loads up to 100 kg. It can be operated either pneumatically or with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery, so it works both connected to a compressed air supply and completely wirelessly.

The omniwheel chassis allows movement in any direction without repositioning, while the lightweight aluminium construction keeps the weight down. In the battery version, the 48-volt battery delivers over 8 hours of runtime for a full shift and can be swapped in under 30 seconds. The lift is operated via a joystick with programmable working heights. An emergency brake and overload protection ensure reliable protection in continuous operation. The ZH lifting platform can optionally be extended with an articulated arm. It is developed and manufactured at our site in Holzkirchen, Germany, certified to ISO 9001 and TISAX Level 2.

The ZH lifting platform runs pneumatically or on a 48-volt battery. It adapts to your infrastructure, connected to a compressed air supply or completely wireless for maximum flexibility.

03 48-VOLT LITHIUM-ION BATTERY
In the battery version, the ZH is the world's first lifting platform with a 48-volt lithium-ion battery. Over 8 hours of runtime cover a full shift, the battery is swapped in under 30 seconds, and an energy-saving mode is integrated.

04 PROGRAMMABLE JOYSTICK CONTROL
Operation is via a joystick with programmable working heights. Recurring positions are reached at the push of a button, shortening cycle times and relieving the operator.

05 SAFETY IN CONTINUOUS OPERATION
An emergency brake and overload protection reliably protect operator and load, even in non-stop shift work. The maintenance-friendly design ensures high availability.

06 EXTENDABLE WITH AN ARTICULATED ARM
