Integrated primary transducer Explosion-proof version RS-485 digital output Option: 4-20 mA output Digital pressure meter ZET 7012-A VER.2 is used in automated control systems and technological processes control systems in various industrial spheres. The digital pressure meter is used for fast measuring of absolute pressure and transfer of the data obtained in digital format via interface RS-485 or 4-20 мА. Digital pressure meter ZET 7012-A VER.1 consists of primary transducer and integrated measuring module. Primary transducer converts pressure values into analog signal. The measuring module converts the signal from the transducer into digital format and provides the pressure readings via RS-485 (Modbus protocol) or via “Current loop” interface (4-20 mА). The membrane of the primary transducer is made of silicon plate. Strain gauge scheme (bridge circuit) is implemented via SOS-technology. This allows to perform instantaneous dynamic measurements up to 1 000 Hz. Unlike metal plates with fixed bridge strain gauges, SOS – membranes enable registering pressure fluctuations at the level of 0,000001 from the upper range limit. Sensitivity of electrical amplifier at the input is 15 nanovolt. Digital pressure meter ZET 7012-A VER.1 has an integrated cable. Depending on the product version specfication, the pressure meters are delivered whether with contact output for the interface 4-20 mA, or for RS-485, or with a plug FQ14-7TJ-8 at the end of the cable for connection to the interface RS-485 (connection to the measuring network should be performed via ZET 7002 converter).
