Features of equipment
Chain type blancher can blanch products,inhibit the activity of enzymes in fruits and vegetables, which can maintain the unique vivid color of fruits and vegetables, give out the green smell of vegetables and retain the fragrance, enhance the softness of cells, be good for evaporation of water,make a good foundation for the next process,thus effectively improve quality, stabilize quality, improve efficiency, save labor, reduce energy consumption and reduce production costs.
Chain type blancher’s water tank is equipped with steam heating pipes, according to the characteristics of different material temperature, the equipment temperature can be set and automatically controlled;and equipped with bubble soaking device,realize heat balance of all parts in the tank and increase heat transfer efficiency;The outlet is equipped with spraying device, which can cool the material quickly and make the color more vivid.
The water tank is designed with a water-sealed steam hood to prevent steam from escaping; the transmission adopts cyclical needle wheel reducer, and the blanching time is adjusted by frequency conversion according to the production process.
The equipment is made of stainless steel (SUS304), except reducer and electrical parts,the equipment is durable, stable and reliable, easy to operate and maintain.
Applications
Used for blanching and killing green before quick freezing and dehydration of vegetables, fruits and aquatic products,especially suitable for easily damaged, long strip products.
