Introduction:
Double chamber vacuum packing machine DZ500S evacuates air from packaging bags inside its two chambers and can perform inert gas flushing when required to reduce oxidation and extend product life. The machine is designed for continuous operation by alternating chambers to maintain throughput and minimize downtime.

Working process:
With the chamber lids closed, the vacuum pump evacuates the chamber until the preset vacuum level is reached. The machine then (optionally) performs an inert gas flush, heats the sealing bar to seal the bag mouth and completes the cycle. While one chamber is processing, the operator can load/unload the other chamber to maximize productivity.
