Description

The passive harmonics filter (PHF) is designed to attenuate the harmonic components in the power supply network. The operating principle is to derive the harmonic components generated by a certain load to the filter, thus keeping the network clean for the consumer. All filters create an impedance in the line that generates a voltage differential between input and output, depending on the current consumed. The unit includes a connection delay system to avoid the transients that can be generated in the connection to the grid lines. Advantages High performance - Performance >98% - Absorption of energy surges from Vn Flexibility - Wide power range Strength - Forced ventilation cooling - Optimum operating temperature range between 0 and +45ºC - European low voltage directive (73/23/EEC-93/68/EEC) – UNE-EN50178 (98) 2004/1081EEC – EN50091-2 Easy to maintain - External voltage regulator with potentiometer - Current and voltage display Applications - Telecommunications - Railways
