General InformationThe ZR5 oxygen measuring module is a compact industrial sensor module based on potentiometric zirconia (ZrO2) technology for continuous monitoring and documentation of oxygen concentration in industrial, laboratory and protective gases. It is designed to detect oxygen from trace ppm levels up to volumetric percentages and to supervise inert or protective gas atmospheres in production processes.
Applications- Protective gas monitoring in packaging and food processing
- Process control for soldering, brazing and welding under protective gas
- Quality monitoring in microelectronics and semiconductor production
- Control of protective and inert gases in surface treatment and coating processes
