Tables and performance dataMultiple tables are provided showing: quantity of air sucked by generators at different vacuum levels and evacuation times at different vacuum levels, enabling selection according to required flow and vacuum recovery times.
Single-stage vacuum generators- Operation: Venturi principle. Compressed air to P generates vacuum at U; supply and sucked air discharge through R. Stopping supply stops vacuum. Typical optimal supply 6 bar; LP variants optimized for <4 bar.
- Applications: Control of vacuum cups, gripping non-porous objects, low flow-rate applications.
- Construction: Anodised aluminium bodies; ejectors in brass or aluminium; optional high sound suppression silencer (SSX) on R exhaust.
- Examples / series and notable items: 15 01 10 / 15 01 10 LP / 15 01 15 LP; 15 03 10; 15 05 08 SX / 15 05 10 SX; 15 07 10 SX; VG 03 / VG 03 LP / VG 05 LP; PVP series (PVP1, PVP05, PVP2, PVP3, PVP2 M / MM variants); FVG series (FVG3, FVG5, FVG8, FVG12) designed for high frequency gripping and fast ejection.
Single-stage generators with ejector / pneumatic ejector- Features: Internal chamber allows quick ejection/restoration of atmospheric pressure (faster cup release). LP items perform at lower supply pressure. Some SX items include high acoustic dampening silencer as standard.
- Examples: 15 02 10 family; 15 04 10; 15 06 08 SX / 15 06 10 SX (with pneumatic ejector and flow regulator).
In-line and special single-stage generators- In-line designs with air and vacuum connections on same axis for compactness and easy assembly: PVP1, GV (GV1/GV2/GV3), PVP05, PVP2M family.
Multi-stage vacuum generatorsMulti-stage generators produce higher vacuum levels (up to approx. 90% / final vacuum level ~100 mbar abs) by using several in-line ejectors to exploit kinetic energy of compressed air, providing higher suction capacity for same or lower compressed air consumption. They are typically made of stainless materials and are explosion-proof, usable -20 to +80 °C. Examples include M series (M3/M7/M10/M14/M18), M ... SSX silent variants, series M10/M14/M18, and general multi-stage descriptions.
Multi-stage, multi-function and modular generators- MVG and GVMM families: independent vacuum units with integrated micro solenoid valves, blow-off valves, adjustable flow regulators, digital vacuum switches with display and manifold with built-in filter and check valve. Modular intermediate modules (MI) allow stacking modules to increase independent vacuum units; ideal for robotics and multiple independent gripping zones.
- MSVE series: single-stage and multi-function units with coaxial shutters, integrated ejector and digital vacuum switch for automatic modulation and energy saving. MSVE units integrate vacuum switch, supply valve, blow off valve and flow regulator in anodised aluminium body.
- AVG and AVG 18/25 series: mono-block anodised aluminium units designed for automotive sector with built-in energy-saving device, silenced operation and integrated components (solenoid valves, vacuum switch, check valve, filter).
Higher-capacity multi-stage generators (PVP / MD / MDX / MLP / MX families)- Ranges for higher flows and octopus systems: PVP 12 MX / MXLP, PVP 25 MX / MXLP, PVP 40 M ... PVP 300 M / MLP, PVP 140/170/200 M, PVP 250/300 M, PVP up to PVP750 MD/MDLP. Supply pressures and capacities vary by family (MX: 4-6 bar; MXLP: 1-3 bar). EPDM or FKM seals and reed valves available; silencers often integrated or available as SSX free-flow silencers.
Vacuum jet / flow generators (CX series)Jet flow generators create vacuum via a ring chamber producing a cyclonic effect; suitable for suction/handling powders, granulates, sawdust, metal chips, liquids and for extraction of fumes or condensates. Available in aluminium and stainless steel. Examples: CX7, CX10, CX13, CX19, CX25, CX38, CX50.
Cartridge vacuum generators (PVR series)Small cartridge units intended for integration in packaging machines and small gripping elements. Low-pressure optimized (1-3 bar typical), vacuum up to around -52 to -72 KPa and flows between ~1 and 4 m3/h. Examples: PVR1, PVR4, PVR3OT, PVR series for conveyor and adjustable applications (PVR25, PVR50, PVR100, PVR200, PVR25MS with support for vacuum cups).
Conveyor / adjustable vacuum generatorsAdjustable-ejector conveyors allow varying flow and vacuum without altering supply air level; suited for transfer of powders, granulates, liquids, and for heavy/dusty cup applications. Silencers can be fitted to reduce noise (SSX series). Examples: PVR25, PVR50, PVR100, PVR200.
Pneumatic pump sets and mini pump sets (DOP series)Self-contained vacuum units powered only by compressed air with welded tank, shut-off valve, regulator + filter + gauge, vacuum generator, vacuum switch, blow-off/drive valves, suction filter and condensate drain. Mini pneumatic pump sets: DOP06, DOP10, DOP20; pneumatic pumpsets: DOP25, DOP50, DOP100, DOP150, DOP300. Used for trolleys, clamping systems, hoists and multi-point centralised vacuum supply. Energy-saving devices (ES kits) available for specific configurations.
Accessories and spare partsCoaxial shutter servo-controlled pneumatic valves and solenoid valves for intercepting compressed air supply to generators; pneumatic sleeve valves for rapid detaching; silencers (SSX family) for noise reduction (-13 to -20 dB(A) typical); reed valve kits, connectors, cables and energy saving cable sets; digital vacuum switches, manifolds in aluminium or plexiglass; kits for modular assemblies.
