Welcome to Gas Generation Solutions—your source of cost-saving Nitrogen Gas Generators for over 20 years. Because our systems produce on-site nitrogen for an average of one-tenth the cost of delivered gas, we’ve become the go-to supplier for some of the largest corporations in the food industry. Our systems also average a 12 to 14-month payback—and reliably run for 15 to 20 years. We offer both PSA and Membrane nitrogen generators depending on the application and are happy to consult about your needs.

We build nitrogen generators capable of 40 SCFH to 40,000 SCFH per unit. The systems are sized based on purity and flow, and each unit can be chained for larger flow. To determine how much nitrogen you need, we house an extensive inventory of flow meters in various sizes that we send out for free—and you’re welcome to borrow them for as long as you need. Additionally, all of our free nitrogen gas flow meters include data loggers with cellular modems so you can view your flow rate and data in real-time via our dedicated server—no need for WiFi!
