Innovation – A part of Åkerströms’ history

It started already in 1918 when Anders Åkerström began manufacturing the first electric inserts for tiled stoves. Later generations of Åkerströms continued and developed electric control systems for forestry, and in the late 1950s, the first remote-controlled winch was created.
