We Supply a complete range of fully Automatic, Semi-automatic and Manual Balancing machines, for rotor weights starting at 10 grams up to 100 Tons.
Founded in 1946, it is now in its third generation of Buzzi family direction and ownership. Our main Production facility (six in total), is located in Mandello del Lario, on the eastern shore of Lake Como, Italy. We have seven corporate offices and 25 representatives worldwide, giving us the capability to support all of our multi-national customers.
CEMB‘s core business is to develop, design and manufacture, a wide a range of vertical axis and horizontal axis balancing machines, to cover all the industrial applications, inherent to rotating equipment.
For the Aerospace Industry, we have developed a special multiplane software with all the features our Aerospace Balancer users need and want. We are also one of the few companies to integrate the correction unit into our Aerospace Balancing Machines. This integration has provided our customers with a tremendous advantage in their production of engine components.
These semi-automatic machines reduce the production time, the balancing and tooling errors that can arise, as well as the risks of transferring the rotor between machines.

~~CEMB‘s core business incorporates all industrial applications inherent to vibration analysis: the Industrial Division of CEMB develops, manufactures and exports worldwide a range of vertical axis and horizontal axis balancing machines, produces fully automated high-tech machines specifically dedicated to assembly-lines of automotive manufacturers; this latter field is in continuous growth thanks to the contribution of our Hofmann sister company located in Germany.
The Garage Equipment Division handles wheel balancing machines, tire changers and alignments for cars, trucks and motorcycles.
The Vibration Division manufactures vibration sensors, stationary and portable equipment for vibration measurement and analysis, balancing in service conditions, 24h monitoring and control of vibration to protect large machinery in the energy and industrial plant fields such as gas turbines, compressor pumps and motors.
